(1) The establishment price of each company is RMB 9000. The price includes government fees, consultation fees, drafting fees and our service fees, registered address of year and company secretary services of year.
(2) BVI annual inspection (second year charge): RMB 6400. The price includes government fees, our service fees, new year's registered address and new year's company secretary service.
(1) If the shareholder is a legal person enterprise, the scanning copy of the business license of the legal person enterprise, the scanning copy of the identity certificate and address certificate of the legal person enterprise shall be provided. Provide the name, certificate number and address of the ultimate beneficiary（ If you are a multi-layer company, you may be asked to provide the architecture diagram.)
(2) If the shareholder is a natural person, it is necessary to provide a scanned copy of the identity certificate and address certificate of the natural person
(3) The director needs to provide the scanning copy of ID and address proof of the natural person
(4) Fill in and sign an information confirmation form
